1 oz. FLYING DRAGON Spice Rum
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
6 oz. brewed Richmond Blend Tea (Rostovs in Richmond)
Garnish with lime and a cinnamon stick
Brew the tea and add the other ingredients.

4 Shots FLYING DRAGON Spiced Rum
4 cups frozen strawberries
3 tbls. lime juice
2 cups ice
2 tbls sugar
Garnish with fresh strawberry
Rim glass with lime juice and dip in sugar. Blend other ingredients in blender. Makes 2 large glasses or 4 small glasses.
Flying Strawberry Shortcake Shake
2 shots of FLYING DRAGON Spice Rum
Splash of coconut milk (if needed for consistency)
Garnish with shortbread cookie
Drizzle chocolate syrup in glass before pouring mixture. Mix ingredients in a blender, pour and enjoy.

4-5 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
Splash of Grenedine
Equal parts Orange and Pineapple Juice
Garnish with orange wedge and cherry (optional)

1 oz. BLACKBEARDS POINT Silver Rum
.5 oz Cruzan Coconut Rum
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Grenadine
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
Wash a rocks glass with Absinthe of choice (Shaman uses St. George Absinthe Verte). Fill 3/4 full with crushed ice. Add your ingredients, stir and garnish with a lime twirl. Enjoy
