Honeymoon Delight

  2 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                        Diet Dr. Pepper

Put ice in a glass, add rum and Diet Dr. Pepper.  Enjoy

TRIPLE PLAY

1 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                                  1 oz. DOG STAR Vodka

1 oz. TRIPLE DEUCE Whiskey                                                     Cranberry Juice

Sprite

 

Mix rum, whiskey and vodka together.  Pour over ice, add cranberry juice and Sprite.

HOLD FAST

1.5 oz FLYING DRAGON Spiced Rum

1 oz BLACKBEARDS POINT Silver Rum

.5 oz. Cruzan Coconut Rum

.5 oz Blue Curacao

.5 oz Grenadine

5 dashes Angostura Bitters

Wash a rocks glass with Absinthe of choice (Shaman uses St. George Absinthe Verte). Fill 3/4 full with crushed ice, add ingredients, stir and garnish with a lime twirl.  Enjoy. 

BLACKBEARD'S KISS

1 1/2 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                     1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

Sprite or Mountain Dew

 

Pour over crushed ice and top with Sprite or Mountain Dew

FROZEN SAILS

1 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                        1 oz. Coffee Liqueur

1 scoop vanilla or coffee ice cream

Combine all ingredients in blender

PIRATE JUICE

1 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                            2/3 oz. Orange Juice

1/3 oz Lemon Juice                                                                1 teaspoon sugar

 

Combine with ice, shake and strain

STORMY SEA

1/2 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                         1 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Mountain Dew or Sprite                                                         

 

Mix and serve over ice.

BLACKBEARD'S BLOOD

1 1/2 oz BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                        1 oz Lime Juice

2 tablespoons Grenadine

 

Mix and serve over ice.

DOWNHOME BLACKBEARD'S POINT

Porch Crawler

2 oz BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                         1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup                                                               1 hot chili pepper (seeded and halved)

Ice                                                                                         5 cherries plus one for garnish

3 mint leaves                                                                        2 oz Chilled Club Soda

 

Muddle cherries, mint and chili.  Add ice, rum, lemon juice and syrup.  Shake and strain into glass.  Stir in club soda.  Garnish

RAMONCITA LOPEZ

BLACKBEARD IS A STAR

2 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                           3/4 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Lime Juice                                                                      1 egg white

Lime for garnish

 

Shake all in shaker until frothy, drain off ice. Garnish

HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI

Intellectual BLACKBEARD

2 oz. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                       3/4 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice                                                      1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur

Lime for garnish

Mix in shaker with ice.  Drain off ice, garnish

CAJUN LEMONADE

Cajun BLACKBEARD

12 OZ. BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum                        4 oz. Pimm's #1 (Google for substitute)

8 oz. Lemon Juice                                                                 4 oz. Simple Syrup

1/2 tablespoon Tabasco                                                        Ice

8 oz citrus soda like 7-up or Sprite                                      Lemon Garnish

 

Combine all but the ice, soda and garnish.  Chill about an hour.  Shake, strain and pour over ice.  Add soda and garnish.

PINEAPPLE MOJITOS

Tropical BLACKBEARD

2 cups Diced Pineapple                                           2 cups BLACKBEARD'S POINT Silver Rum

1 cup Lightly packed mint leaves                           3/4 cup Lime Juice

Ice                                                                              Few mint leaves for garnish

1 1/2 cup Chilled Club Soda                                    Lime for garnish

Muddle Pineapple and mint, stir in rum, lime juice and one cup pineapple syrup.  Pour into glass with ice and top with club soda.  Garnish with lime and mint.

*Pineapple syrup.  1 1/2 pounds of pineapple chunks with 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar.  Boil pineapple, brown sugar and 4 cups of water.  Simmer until reduced, strain.
